Well the Atkins Cousins finally made it up to visit Miss Ella. It was a nice relaxing day were we just got to visit and let the kids hang out.

Aunt Dereth and Ella
Well for anyone who knew my mother in law knows that she loved a good bargain. Apparently last year after valentines day she went out and bought all of these dogs with hearts on them for all the grand kids and Dereth found them up in the closet. Parker of course does not really understand that this is the last item that his grandma picked out for him with love but we will cherish this animal and I will eventually tell him the story behind the dog and the immense love that his grandma had for him and of course we will try to carry on her traditions in her absence.
So Aunt Dereth is really good at art projects and she brought this one for all the kids to participate in. Basically take marsh mellows and cover them in chocolate and sprinkles ...then you are supposed to let the chocolate harden on the marsh mellows....ya right...I am not sure any of us waited for the chocolate to harden, but it was so fun and the kids had a great time...so glad someone in the family is creative!!!
